The Department of Labor (DOL) announced the suspension of all hearings and deadlines through May 15, 2020, due to the COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak.

Starting on Monday, March 23, the DOL will withdraw all prior Administrative Notices published on March 13 and March 17. It will also suspend hearings until an Administrative Order is issued no later than May 4, and suspend Procedural Deadlines until May 15.

“OALJ will be closely monitoring the situation and will notify the public well in advance whether this suspension of hearings and procedural deadlines and the general hold on issuance of decisions, will continue past the dates specified above,” the DOL statement read. “Parties will find any updates posted on the OALJ website at www.oalj.dol.gov.”
