Whistleblower Awards Go Global: How to Use Transnational Anti-Corruption Laws
The training will be taught by Stephen M. Kohn, partner of Kohn, Kohn and Colapinto LLP, the Chairman of the Board for the National Whistleblower Center, and adjunct professor at Northeastern School of Law.
In 2024 Forbes Magazine recognized Mr. Kohn as one of the Top 200 Attorneys in the entire United States based primarily on his work representing international whistleblowers (including the Danske Bank Whistleblower and the UBS tax whistleblower who obtained a $104 million award) and his successful work in ensuring the passage of the AML Protection Enhancement Act in 2022.
